DESCRIPTION

Cornflakes may be breakfast in the Western world, but in India, we snack on them! The cornflakes mixture or the cornflakes namkeen/chivda, is one of the many varieties of mixtures we love to enjoy, along with a hot beverage! The specialty of mixtures is that, although a variety of ingredients come together, none of them lose out on their individual characteristics in the process. In the same way, the cornflakes mixture is made up of fresh, spicy, deep-fried makai (corn) flakes, with deliciously semi-fried groundnuts adding to the crunch!
